Currently I am taking daily:

Zinc
Vitamin D3
Natural collagen peptides
L-Theanine
Tongkat ali
Ashwaghanda
Fish oil
Creatine

I can go into detail regarding how much of each I am taking if needed...

Thought id give them a go, I have been taking both for a better half of a year now. With ashwaghanda I noticed that I felt more calm in a very subtle way. I should probably get my bloods done for my T levels but im just taking hoping it helps
 
Add Calcium and Vitamin C
for sleep: replace ganda with magnesium
