I had bad sleep for 2 years straight and looked like utter shit, only now have I started sleeping well

Just take care of your body and you will improve a lot. Also maybe face muscle excersizes but im not sure if they are cope or not, still in the testing phase for me.

15 turning 16 this year
thats a good age to start, i would start immediately from correcting posture (both physical and oral) since it will play a big role in the long run. take a look at the "best of the best" section of this forum, it will be useful. something that appears really evident are your eyebrows (major lack of density), skin quality (dry lips too) and puffy face (look at how to debloat). i will link a video with a lot of info to start, there are way too many things to list on things you should start working on from now as soon as possible:

another really important thing is to address any orthodontic issues you might have going on, if you wear braces make sure your orthodontis thinks about your face structure and not only on aligning teeth like they usually do

I appreciate you, I'll be taking a look at everything
its a long game and consistency is key, the fact that you are starting at 16 is a good thing, expect some needed effort as you will have to completely change your lifestyle and bad habits.
