thats a good age to start, i would start immediately from correcting posture (both physical and oral) since it will play a big role in the long run. take a look at the "best of the best" section of this forum, it will be useful. something that appears really evident are your eyebrows (major lack of density), skin quality (dry lips too) and puffy face (look at how to debloat). i will link a video with a lot of info to start, there are way too many things to list on things you should start working on from now as soon as possible:15 turning 16 this year
