given skincare has only very recently become very elaborate and pervasive, i wonder how the current generation will age compared to past ones

As far as antiaging goes
like, did people have 10 part skincare routines before 2010?

now with epople slopping every moisturizing and antiaging agent under the sun at their face, i wonder how they will look at 70 compared to people who are 70 today, who were in their 20s in the 1970s.

we just don't have very long term assessmsnet of this kind of thing yet. Just in general

i bet they'll look like 30 at 70.

Most normies are too low IQ to understand that SPF is by far the most important skincare ingredient. Even the ones that do somewhat understand that still are applying nowhere near enough, usually just a little bit in the morning, probably giving them SPF 15 protection for a couple of hours. If you aren’t applying a generous amount of SPF 50/PA++++ rated sunscreen every time you go outside and reapplying every 1.5 hours then your anti-aging routine is shit. I doubt even 1% of people are currently doing that.

Lmao no one is looking 30 at 70 without further advances in anti aging tech. Best you can hope for is to look young-ish into your 50s like Pitt and Leto.

In terms of topical skincare, it’s literally just spf and tretinoin that do the heavy lifting. JFL at everyone doing these 10 step Korean copecare routines with expensive serums, mists, and toners that don’t even include tret + only have a shitty underapplied spf 15 sunscreen vs what @CIA Recruiter mentioned (high strength broad spectrum sunscreen that is both generously applied AND reapplied for every two hours of sun exposure)

At best, they will prolong their collagen into their 30s vs dropping off a cliff sometime in their late 20s. Which is still a legit anti age max of course, but it’s not nearly enough to combat what’s coming for you in middle age and beyond.

Once you hit 40+, hell sometimes even mid-late 30s depending on how well your aging genes are, the battle gets really tough. You’ll need fully ablative, non fractional co2 laser resurfacing regularly to continually restore rapidly depleting collagen. You’ll need plastic surgery like a face lift and fat grafts to combat deteriorating elastin and fat pads. You also better have a Chad bone structure to offer tissue support, because boneless normies fall off a looks cliff once their fat pads and elastin go. Not to mention keeping your hairline and density is huge too, better have hopped on a 5ar inhibitor early into any hair loss and/or got a HT.

Agepill is so brutal man, most will not age well without pulling out all the stops, and even then it’s only a matter of time before Father Time comes to collect
