ive been on azelaic acid for a couple of weeks now, im not using prescribed or pharma grade I'm just using the one from the ordinary, my ance has gotten a whole lot better but I notice that I actually just have the ance, not a lot of redness anymore or uneven skin tone, should I use something that kills the ance like saylicic acid or is it all cope and I should use tret ? lmk
