For ethnics, there’s an added benefit of it also minimizing the social failos. Display dimorphism in other areas to not look like a dork (1mm stubble, thick neck, wide frame, sleeve tatted if not corporatemaxxed)

Choose a frame shape that does 2 things:
- balances out your face shape and ratios. (Long face => get a taller glass frame). Google for guides on this.
- Frame should be just wide enough to make your zygos pop out.

DONT’s:
- Buy from a budget chain
- Pick a trendy frame that doesn’t suit your face shape

DO:
- Splurge on lens. Blue light filter adds a slightly yellow-ish tint that makes the lens look much better.
