Hey buddy I've been in your position with the pills and Looney bin. Best advice I can give is just rebuild, one positive habit at a time. And specialize. Go 60 days breathwork. Then 60 meditation. Then add reading or journaling. Layer in workouts. Dial in the diet.

It'll get better just keep in mind it's the long game. We're looking to win over years. 6 weeks is nothing. You have the power to comeback stronger than ever. It took me years to repair the damage of psychotic medication I was on. But I'm better than ever now and have been performing at a high level as long as I wasn't.

6 weeks ago, I felt a little different but not much better tbh I've been hearing that 6 weeks is still nothing as an amount of time to be off of the drug and to feel how you felt before taking it tbh so hope.

If English is your native language and you do not have high aspirants in term of income I would recommend online writing. 3 hours a day nets me 40k USD a year and given that I just started I assume it will only go up as I create a bigger following + improve my craft. And thats three hours without any commute or anything. Literally all you need is some imagination, a thesaurus and a computer.
