What I'm going to do
Diet
- I am going to be focusing on my diet a lot, Meat everyday, ton of raw money, 4 cups for milk a day(cant find raw), No sugar

Skin- NAC+ALA, VIt C supps+ serum, azelaic acid, Kojic acid soap, bakuchiol plumping serum(or retinol).

Eyes- my eye area is the best in my face, but reducing uee with volufiline anyways, maybe lash curler aswell

(I need major help in detanning so feel free for me to buy anything else)

train orbicularis oculi, it actually made my undereyes tighter

fingers on outer orbital rim, pull gently to mid temple, 2x failure squints without fully closing your eyes

fingers right below the lash line, pull down gently, 2x failure squints without closing eyes

5x10 sec hard squint holds without closing eyes as a warm up and a finisher, just take like 1 min between sets do it before bed 3x a week legit 5 minutes and the results aren’t crazy but they certainly exist

at 15 you can grow multiple inches most likely. include gelatin / bone broth / collagen / glycine along with the muscle meat. red meat is strongly preferred to chicken / pork. highish protein diet is beneficial for growth.

get raw milk if at all possible, and if you can, spam the fuck out of it. strong correlation between milk consumption and height growth, and raw milk includes significantly more growth factors and nutrients.

keep the body fat low but not too low, don't ever cut aggressively. goal is to get the best possible bone development including face and height.

avoid PUFA, don't be scared of sugar. drop the omega 3 supplement.

could try MK677. all things considered most likely worth it when you're still growing.

supplement stack is good, megadosing K2 MK4 + D + Calcium helps with bone growth, especially when combined with hard chewing, thumbpulling, bonesmashing.

My dads 5'11 and moms 5'3 so maybe I can squeeze out to 6'1 MAX NATURALLY.

I will prolly eat sugar because Idgaf about clear skin as its summer and my face will not be shown to anyone.

"Clear skin" - Diet, proper hormones, cleansing, sunscreen, retinoids, a vitamin c serum, maybe a moisturizer or oil is all you need.
"Better muscles" - No comment.
"135 bench" - LISTEN UP, IF STRENGTH IS A LONG TERM GOAL OF YOURS, 5/3/1 IS A GOD-SENT STRENGTH PERIODIZATION SCHEME FOR ANY EXPERIENCE LEVEL. I would say I'm like 2 months away from a 335 bench if everything goes right.

The rest:
All's good overall. Although, if the milk is purely for protein, carbs and helping you bulk, it's fine, but if it's for growth, although milk has some good micros and stuff, It's not some crazy magical food. It also isn't any more special for being raw, not problematic unless you're lactose intolerant, but be very mindful of why you're doing it.

If you're actually locking in your diet, not eating processed sugars, eating meat, eggs, fruit (maybe kiwis, berries, acai, whatever), eating liver weekly if you'd like, and including fatty fish like sardines or salmon. You could do less supplements, use an app like Cronometer to actually track your micronutrient intake, but just by eating enough meat every day I'm sure you're getting enough zinc for the day, so supplementing is not needed.

The only supplements most people with a good diet ACTUALLY need are: creatine monohydrate (optional but helpful for gymmaxxing), vitamin D3+K2 and Magnesium Glycinate. Maybe including other stuff for things like stress management or in your case skin lightening, but as far as minerals and vitamins go you shouldn't need any extra ones.

For further help with your growth maybe collagen peptides or glycine, intermittent fasting (8-16), sprinting or HIIT once or twice a week.

Good plan, bulk, take care of your health and skin, your eye area, maybe consider doing something for your eyebrows if they're not thick enough. (y)

This diet is cope yes raw honey does contain some antioxidants and antimicrobial properties, but sugar content is way too high you should only consume in moderation. Yes meat is good but sticking to a carnivore diet is litteraly so retarded youre missing out on many key nutrients like vitamin c, carbs, folate, magnesium etc even though you will supplement them, meat will just spike your ldl cholesterol and nuke your testosterone.

Skin routine honestly pretty solid but might contain too many active ingredients imo i would cut down to cleanser, vitamin c, moisturizer and a mineral spf in the morning and at night cleanser, retinol or bakuchiol and moisturizer. Just watch for overlapping actives (kojic acid + retinol + AHA/acid-based exfoliants can overstrip the skin if not balanced with hydration and SPF).
And isnt volufiline just cope?:lul:

For lashes just use oral minoxidil, bimatoprost and rosemary oil.

Honestly good supplement list you should maybe conisder adding colustrum for supporting igf1 production.

I’m not going full carnivore, I’m eating rice and shit too. My lashes are perfect they are very long Js need to curl it. Perfect brow length too. I’ll look into colostrum.

My brows are good
If your goal is pure strength, as long as you train within the 1 to 5 rep range for your bench, I think you can do it in 2 months. A normal 5/3/1 split is runs throughout 4 weeks, with each week increasing the % of weight you're working with and increasing the reps, the 4th week is a deload week so you can recover and then restart the cycle. The base idea is that you increase the weight by 5 lbs on upper body lifts and 10 lbs on lower body lifts, but given that you're not an intermediate or advanced lifter yet you can try to progress faster, you can definitely put on 10 lbs each 5/3/1 cycle.

I personally have been running Upper/Lower + 5/3/1 (only on my first exercises of the session for strength, the rest of my work is hypertrophy), have seen tremendous gains within the span of a few years. 5/3/1 is good because it's not a peaking program (meaning the point is not to get as strong as possible in a short period and then stall) but a progressive one, you can pretty much keep making gains forever, though at the cost of the cycles being much much slower with less gains overall.

raw eggs at least yolks helped me a lot make sure omega 3 your taking high epa/dha fish oils
