Yea but orthodontist still says that i need to get taller than my father to do anything with my teeth and jaw and maxilla also she said i need to have fully grown upper second mollar so hope it helps

yea but one easy thing youcan do is grow your massater muscle that will make your mandible less narrow looking

skin tretinoin cream 0.25 undereye caffeine serum or c serum hair kinda healty get it little bit shorter on the front and make sure it doesent go too much on the front likea ice cream cut then you will ascend a little bit
