my friend started recently, hes on 2mg weekly and titrating up he feels fine. He eats whole foods, supplements many vitamins and takes magnesium + melatonin before bed

I think I am. I mean I'm at 2mg and feel like shit, at 4mg I had diarrhoea all day like I was getting raped atp

Same, I take melatonin before bed and I eat whole foods. Mainly just chicken and potato wedges homemade honestly I don't eat anything else I'm on a slight carnivore diet rn. I eat blueberries every now and then though. I don't drink juice at all I only drink water
 
Yeah it's rlly good but not worth it imo. Just stay lean, body comp > diet for insulin sensitivity.
it's probably the only one that IS worth it imo. stable blood glucose, mild appetite suppression, mild metabolism boost. has a good set of skills there.

Fair enough. I think I might've just been retarded with the dosing since I wanted to be an overly low inhib retard at first.

I did 2mg for 2 weeks then just ran to 4mg but that was almost 3 months ago, I moved back down to 2mg last month but it just hasn't gotten better. Only thing that's gotten better was no diarrhoea and stomach cramped a bit less. I'm going to give it a bit more time

Yeah, could be a slight correlation issue because I changed my diet a bit but I got bloods done and my doctors were surprised at my lipids and liver function saying that it's "amazing" jfl I think I can attribute some of it to the reta at least

It seems lipids never really get messed up for most normal people. Some people really have to watch it, but i rarely see it ever being a problem

Eat more red meat, it has a lot more nutritional value than chicken. I would eat red meat, eggs, fruits like oranges and berries, and drink milk and orange juice, mineral water too. Still gonna be hard to get all your nutrients in when on reta so supplement what you need

Honestly reta doesn't make it hard to eat, it just makes it easy to not eat.

I can still smack down 2500 calories with ease on reta lol but I just don't have food noise or hunger. I like it that way so I can choose how I eat

Tastes a lot better, also a steak depending on thickness takes like 10 minutes to cook. (unless you for some reason eat it well done)
