Glutathione Dosage

I’m a curry fuck tryna lighten my skin and obv glutathione is holy grail for this.

I’ve read thru all of org and not one place is there a dosage guide for subq or IM gluta and not even online.

Does ANYONE have experience or any knowledge on how much a week I need inject to reap the skin color benefits?

that shit gave me the worst histamine reaction of my life ngl. sneeze attacks, coughing, felt sick for 3 days after slowly injecting it every other day and slowly upping dose until that allergic reaction

I didn't take more than 50 mg but I injected it IM . the oral version doesn't do that to me but it wouldn't be effective for lightening . I also got it in IV before and it didn't give me the allergic reaction
