has anyone injected gluta iv? and any side effects?

i heard gluta mainly helps w hyperpigmentation unless u inject directly into the vein

also, i have an olive undertone so im wondering if the results would look weird or unnatural

It's fine bro, it's not that crazy, just nukes any inflammation and may result in lighter skin tone

I did iv and i got a great glow after a few weeks but I got some issues with my kidneys. But it got resolved after I stopped taking for a month. Trying to get back on it but don't think theres a way around the negative effects on organs if ur genetically predisposed

isn’t that to be expected?

after 2-3 months I think you’ve gotten as much brightening as possible and it’s time to switch to a maintenance dose (once and a month) and use a lot of sunscreen to keep the results while avoiding sides.

maybe, how would you go about tapering off to actually maintain results, reducing to monthly doses or switching to oral?

its debatable.

imo oral is kind of cope but there are studies that support it. however it must be at least 600mg daily and in liposomal form so that it survives our stomach acid.

most beauty clinics prefer to just switch to a biweekly/monthly iv dose in order to maintain results so that's what ill be doing when I add gluta to my stack.
