Has anyone tried this? I'm interested in it for the antioxidant benefits and anti-aging, but if you've used either for skin whitening, please feel free to reply. I think I may purchase some veterinary grade glut/vit C and inject.

Got it done in Korea as part of a package. Didn't do anything, probably because I am white lol

How much was it? Did you feel any better at all?

Not sure if it's worth the risks
What are the benefits of injections compared to oral mid-long term
The major thing about injections is maybe time of action and bioavailability, but mid-long term oral medication will probably achieve the same since the delivery and concentration can be maintained

Glutathione and vit C have poor oral bioavailability. You can take NAC and glycine but it's not ideal, and liposomal vitamin C has its limits of absorption. The body doesn't seem to like to absorb beyond a gram of vit C orally, unless you are ill. Bypassing that and taking high doses IV or IM seems much more fruitful.

does it seem or is, you must be sure or you will fuck up your body
Higher doses of oral vit c can give you side effects, not sure how it works IV or IM

High doses of glut or vit C cannot and will not "fuck up your body". The reason oral vit c can give you sides is because it irritates the digestive tract. When it's given IV, there is no problem.

Yes but liposomal is way more cost effective

Vitamin c is cope

  1. Glutathione taken sublingually is the new alternative to IV injections. Take 1g per day of glutathione sublingual if skin whitening is your goal
  2. Vitamin C: apply it locally (called Ascorbyl Tetraisopalmitate or Ethylated Ascorbic Acid)
  3. If skin whitening is your goal: also add alpha-arbutin solution

Is there a tutorial on how to do this with Reduced Gluta powder?
