Bloating and inflammation aside, if you are strictly trying to leanmaxx its actually more satiating/filling to get an eat an extremely high glycemic index meal at 1500 calories rather than eating a super high protein volumized meal at 1500 calories. Foods that spike your insulin give you an extreme food coma and make it feel like you have a lump in your stomach, it often feels like you are at a caloric surplus even if you are in a massive deficit after eating a high calorie goyslop meal. On the other hand, after eating 1500 calories of protein I feel very light and could eat much more.
 
For example I often make pan pizzas with a greek yogurt/flour crust with homemade sugar free pizza sauce. While these are great and definitely fill me up and give me energy, if I compare this to a slightly smaller papa murpheys pizza with all the seed oils and fats and sugars and processed meats, the papa murpheys makes me feel fuller tbh because it bloats the shit out of my gut, but they obviously make me much more tired and even somewhat sick.
