Jfl, go on reddit and you will see copers with extreme acne applying 0.05 tretinoin. They have insanely time consuming routines. After months they still look exactly the same. Yet they keep coping, just stay positive and patient bro, the purge will end!

If you have severe acne, tretinoin alone is a complete waste of time.
