It is a gamechange I used to get 1-2 new pimples everyday before but after quitting gluten 1 week ago I only got 3 the whole week which is not perfect but still an improvement and I am looking forward to get no pimples at all after my body is entoxified

Do it only if you are an ethnic, white people are far more adapted to gluten and lactose

It’s all about reducing inflammation in the body. Personally I hate doing diet changes that are too restrictive so I won’t be doing this as my diet is already extremely restrained (low carb, no dairy, low sugar, low salt) so I don’t want to just be eating eggs and meat only for the rest of my life.

I’ve included tretinoin, and when my skin adapts to it I plan on using low dose benzoyl peroxide every morning to help minimize (hopefully) the amount of acne I have. The theory is that the tretinoin rapidly exfoliates dead skin cells from the skin so that they can’t form acne. Acne is formed from oil, bacteria, and dead skin that clogs a pore. The tretinoin will stop the dead skin, the benzoyl peroxide will kill the bacteria, and all that’s left should theoretically be just oily skin that doesn’t cause acne. In theory.

How did you get rid of all your acne scars

How did you get rid of all your acne scars
I still have rolling acne scarring that I have to get treated at an actual dermatologist, but most dark spots (called PIH; post inflammation hyperpigmentation) go away with time but the process can be sped up. Remember tretinoin causes rapid cell both reproduction and death, so your skin cells will multiply faster and die faster and get exfoliated out, so the skin on your face that’s scarred will get replaced faster when you use tretinoin and as a result the scars will disappear quicker. I personally found that applying an ridiculous amount of CeraVe moisturizer at night made my PIH fade much quicker, noticeably, noticeably quicker. I believe it’s something in the moisturizer, maybe the niacinimide or something. But I don’t use cerave products at all anymore as the extra additives do irritate my face and make it red.

In short, it will go away with time, but tretinoin and the right products are known to accelerate the healing process.
