need another 20g today for ideal protein intake, should i eat some chicken and go over my cutting cals or not hit protein today and stay within cals?

Protein shakes. Use high protein whey, high protein yogurt like Oikos 25g, honey, nuts, banana, instant breakfast pack, protein carton shake or whole milk.

muscles burn more fat than diets
still need a deficit tho, is it worth sacrificing a few cals on the deficit to get the protein? maybe move more that day to burn them and still get protein
