I believe in you bhai. My current strategy is switching to diet soda. I probably drink like 500 calories of soda a day, I don't even like the shit on it's own but I eat fast food ode. Somehow I've been maintaining 150lbs at 6'0 with prolly like 18% bf while doing this, so an easy 500 calorie deficit should get me right.

There is a chadlite at my job and he's pretty fat, he doesn't store too much fat on his face, but he would definitely benefits to get leaner

I have a wide jaw so I look ltn but if I was lean I would be htn probably

hating ass nigga (probably fat or formerly fat) is mad that i weigh 100 pounds less than him despite eating goyslop for every meal. it's literally just a braindead easy way to drop 500 calories from my average daily intake. obviously my diet will need to improve at some point because of what this nigga @philip1 said (bloat)

Non diet soda is for retards. at least diet has zero calories however both leave you with subhuman bloat
