I will debate anyone, I'm bored. God doesn't exist, and religion is most often used as a tool to control people.

I don't care what religion you believe in, they are all wrong

i guess, but God still doesn't exist

well i mean

i guess you could say he could or couldnt exist and its just a possibility, but it doesnt impact anything in the real world so its a useless claim

its like saying the star wars galaxy exists somewhere at some point in the universe, it doesnt change anything and it cant be proven or disproven its just a random claim

Yes I say it because I don’t believe in god but you yourself claim to be a Christian so it’s very sinful for you to say it

which god and why do you think that?
Does not to have some kind of personal god

but simply somethingor someone that set in motion the first cause of our infinite chain of cause and effect and thus the birth of our universe

For a first cause to be possible that something or someone must exist in a kind of dimension beyond our physical and biological law

for only in such a realm could it possess the capacity to initiate a cause without itself being caused, and thereby bring forth our universe

U should look into Aristotle and the unmoved mover
Its the best proof of god existing imo
And it also demonstrates how, again, god doesnt have to be moralized

I believe God created life and then evolution was the method He used to shape it over time.
based on what do you believe this? just vibes? I also can believe whatever I want

according to the bible it says Adam and Eve created all life, the bible never said anything about evolution

Whether ‘God’ or not, there was a division that provoked the inception of space and time
God is js the easiest explanation for it

We have to start from somewhere, it makes sense to believe some divine entity has to exist.

But even then numbers kind of prove an infinite regress isn't impossible.

But then you have paradoxes like Hilbert's Hotel

this is a very interesting point, im glad you brought this up

there are many other social norms all throughout the world in the 6th century, let's go through them:
- limited rights of women (in a variety of ways)
- slavery
- mating with young girls
- killing female babies

Now do you think just because something was a social norm at the time and commonly accepted means it is morally correct?

Whether ‘God’ or not, there was a division that provoked the inception of space and time
God is js the easiest explanation for it
What I have just done with my explanation is essentially to redefine the concept of God

That means the explanation for the first cause is God

But this must not be confused with a God who is purely good or who intended everything exactly as it is

God in this sense is simply that which brought about the first cause and thereby led to our existence

the way you talk sounds so low iq im ngl but ill refrain from insulting you I just really had to tell you that :lul:

also, when did I bring up internet, money, and clothes? I was talking about evolution. You said that God had a plan for life, and executed that plan through evolution

I asked you where you came to that conclusion, since the bible states that Adam and Eve created all human life

so did you just come up with that on your own? or is this a consensus among all Christians that God created life using evolution as a tool?

Sure, id agree
Although i may suggest that our existence should specifically be known as a ‘conscious’ one

I would debate better in Greenlandic cause I’m ngl I don’t have the Bible in Inuktun Greenlandic so sometime I have trouble understanding it

this is interesting

probably the most convincing point for God's existence

I would just say God of the gaps fallacy but lowkey I can see where you are coming from

as of now my idea on what happened at the "beginning" is genuinely IDK, and until we have further scientific knowledge I don't want to make claims and just leave it at that honestly, but it completely makes sense to me if someone else had God at the beginning as their default view
