Accutane is oral isoretionin, we have topical isotretionin gel which is weaker than actual tretionin

tret 0.1 at night once, salicylic + lha cleanser twice a day and before applying tret , vit c hylauronic acid combo twice a day and works well on lips too . DO not apply tret on lips or under eye. Vit D,zinc supplementation and C also helps skin from what Ive experienced
