Isotretinoin is Accutane right? That sucks man I saw no results from low strength tretinoin only .1. also which country that it doesn't have tret, even shithole India has it

Accutane is oral isoretionin, we have topical isotretionin gel which is weaker than actual tretionin

tret 0.1 at night once, salicylic + lha cleanser twice a day and before applying tret , vit c hylauronic acid combo twice a day and works well on lips too . DO not apply tret on lips or under eye. Vit D,zinc supplementation and C also helps skin from what Ive experienced
