When I don't have anywhere I have to go to like a slave, school for example, all I do is rot in my room, and go for walks to pass the time and make me think I'm at least doing something of my day.
I genuinely do nothing meaningful, if anything even has a meaning.

Have you tried running? I used to go on a lot of walks, but I found that running has a similar mental effect, while also having more health benefits.

I know that it's good. First of all it makes me walk, so it's optimal, and it distracts me from other stuff.
But the action of going on walks brings me to the realisation that it's the ONLY thing I do that's good.
I have SO MUCH time to do stuff of my day, but I don't I just rot like a loser.

I sometimes do some sprinting after I'm done walking. I don't run long distances.

Zero health benefits btw

Fair enough, I'm currently a long distance runner but am also trying to build muscle, which I know contradicts each other.

Burns calories, Better sleep quality, lowers resting heart rate etc. How do you think there's no health benefits?

Yeah I'm never going to run long distances.
I see my father running 100km, and honestly his shape isn't too bad, because he's not old enough, but when I see his friends, they aged like shit because they've been running daily for the past 10+ years

That's fair enough, I'm going to quit soon and focus on gymmaxxing instead

Me too. When I walk alone and people pass by me, especially when they are coming from behind, I start walking like a fucking retard, like if I forgot how to align my feets to make a step. I become self conscious, as you said, of my every move. Same goes mentally

How are those health benefits?

They're heath benefits because you're in a better physical shape, you sleep better which allows your body to repair, and lower resting heart rate prevents cardiovascular disease.

"Better" according to who? Its not a natural body and being in extremely low bodyfat looks like fucking shit
you sleep better which allows your body to repair
You sleep more BECAUSE you need to repair all the damage, its not a good addition
and lower resting heart rate prevents cardiovascular disease.
0 proof of this btw, dont even try to link some meme association study

Lower than natural heart rate just means you raped your heart so much it doesnt function correctly anymore, congratulations
