Going to a party in 3 days. What routine should I do to debloat?

I've got a bunch of bananas for potassium. If someone could give an exact step by step routine of what to do on each day leading up to it to maximise the debloat for the night of the party, that would be perfect.

honestly it's not so much about doing stuff to debloat, it's rather what you don't do that bloats you. stay off the high sodium foods, shitty carbs etc. eat cleanly. whole foods, fruits, meat, fish, nuts etc just basic shit and then you can add some potassium stuff on top of that if you want to, but that's the base. icing your face and shit can help too. sleeping on an extra pillow etc

Though does it matter when I eat the high potassium foods like bananas to maximise the debloat around the time of the party?

bro water fast for crazy debloat, just drink black coffee, tea and water.

Fruits and nuts being food is an oxymoron. Food is nourishing to the body. They are poison.

Raw carnivores such as my self who eat 1 time a day do not know what bloating is

Go raw carnivore, 3 days is needed to deactivate the randle cycle so you got enough time if you start now
 
How to stop hunger then?
tea supresses it a little bit, but just drink alot of water and dont think about it, ofc u will be hungry but u gotta have discpline.
i have done water fasting many times its not that bad

It should be done on the last day, hes gonna be half dead if he fasts for 3+ days

i have done it for 4 days without a problem, and the debloat is crazy

I'd assume optimizing your potassium to sodium ratio within 24 hours or so of the party would be ideal. Too close and you might not see the benefits yet and too early and they might be gone if you start eating poorly again before the party

You alrdy have the potassium and likely dont eat a high sodium diet so the sodium levels are fine. You should deficit and lower your carbs + exercise.
