feel free to hate or criticize my opinion on training to failur because I’m also trying to learn cuz I’m still new to the gym cuz I’ve been working out for like a little over a year consistently.
When you guys go to failure do you determine failure as when you can’t perform a solid rep with proper form and if so do you aim for half reps after going to failure?
For sets I usually do 2 sets to failure but I aim for failure to be within 6-8 reps to avoid unnecessary fatigue in doing a lot of reps with little weight.
Let me know your opinions on this?
