Going To Mouthtape From Now On

IDK what I'm expecting tbh.

I did it yesterday but I did it incorrectly. I taped vertically instead of horizontally JFL.

I guess I want to see if my sleep & mental health throughout the day improves etc.

Right now I wake up with really shit breathe and occasional sore throat and I can't stand it no more.

Apparently the air that goes in via the nose is better for the body than the air that goes through the mouth.

Does anyone have any stories or experience regarding this they can share? I figure if its good enough for Erling Haaland and Gweneth Paltrow, it should be good enough for me.

That's what I meant in my OG comment when I did it incorrectly

I taped it on my philtrum to my chin and that could be a looksmin

I'm gonna do it over my lips going forward without touching the philtrum

I'm not concerned about the lip wrinkles just yet unless it gets ugly ... Will use balm for the next few days if shit gets bad

Tape vertically (philtrum to chin) as an experiment. This way you can still breathe through the sides of your lips if you really try (since you only taped down the middle)
It's incorrect but it's what I did last night.
Dont take my word for it but I doubt people die from this shit.
If both your nostrils get blocked your body will probably just force you awake and then you remove the tape immediately.

ive got big lips and whenever i put tape on they get in thsi wrinkled position and stay that way all night i mouth taped for a couple of months and noticed my lip wrinkles getting deeper and i also used to wake up with dry lips

I bought a sea-water spray and shoot it up my nose to clear before I sleep

This specific one.
