Going to see Vreck vs Taban for eye area/ Any Turkish surgeons/transformations

My eyes failo me, I have seen good results from both Taban and Vreck, I heard of @curlyheadjames recommending Turkish surgeons but it seems they also point the eyebrows up resulting in a cat eye look. Can anyone point me in the right direction, the goal is to get eyes similar to Kendall Jenner or Bella Hadid. If anyone can guide me directly regarding eyes I would be willing to pay for info.
