ashwaganda made me tired af first feew weeks
 
lets see, but i have exams so should i postpone ashwagandha
just dont take it before your exams, if you take it like in the evening i dont see what the problem is

youll prob have too many antioxidants compared to prooxidants so not good
 
oral glutathione does not work + msm does not lower melanin, if you want to be whiter, NAC and Vitamin C liposomal are way better choices

will nac and vitamin c also reduce melanin in my hair and eyes or just skin

it will remove sun damage and vitamin c liposomal targets melanin and if you want a way heavier hitter go with hydroquinone and Tranexamic Acid

im not that dark, im fair skin but want to be pale so i probably wont do the last two
also you know anything to help with rosacea/redness in cheeks (yes ive had it since birth)
