so im gonna go to the dentist for the first time about braces/marpe or shit like that and im not sure whats gonna happen, or what can i do to get something useful for my face,i tought about a palate expander (of course i know i cant just ask for that shit) but what do yall think

like what orthodontic procedure can help my face? thank you. ( i can provide more photos if youd like like my upper

palate or whatever you name it)
(nose is broken and i know, my infras are genetically doomed)
