Guys who lift lots of stressful weights never look too good , We were meant to do HIIT cardio from our hunter days , not only it is good for skin , hair but increases your stamina and Cardio boosts your metabolism way more then lifting like a donkey forn hours

The inflammation and increase in stress hormones and consequent inhibition of testosterone will make you get worse results.

Taking it easy and doing cardio is the best way to go about it. But if you wanted to prevent aging, starving yourself on a low-calorie low-protein low-fat diet and being sedentary is the best way to do it as proven in many animal models.
