If youre not ripped/muscular it simply hasnt began for you. Its the most guaranteed and surefire way a man can look better and yet yall are coping with other shit like bonesmashing and fillers to looksmax. Doesnt matter how much you mew or get surgeries, it wont ascend you if youre still in a lanky little twink body

Fags here think gymmaxxing is cope because “muh women only care about face” but fail to realize getting ripped makes your face look significantly better as well. Almost everyone that is muscular and lean has hollow cheeks and good facial bone definition. Yall look recessed and bloated simply because you arent hitting the gym.

This is the thing. If you’re fat, then gym can only help. But if you look bad as an already lean skinny person, then gym isn’t going to grow your facial bones magically. If you were lean and recessed you will probably remain recessed after gym.

Ironically, maybe bulking and gaining some facial fat will actually cover up some flaws for certain lean fucked faces like asymmetries or something.

Absolutely, and an aesthetic upper body with a thicker neck complements a lean face tremendously.

No lift for my face
I posted face pics here and multiple people assumed I was skinny fat and to lift/lose weight.
I am barely over 15% bf I already lift and am confident in my body. But my face bones are so fucked that people assume the opposite
no i dont train neck so maybe thats why, but with my weakjaw/chin it looks ridiculous if i did train neck.
