I need to unbloat as much as I can should I just do my weightlifting routine or just do cardio and drink lots of water. I need maximum iois. I have caffeine pills as well I can probs take like 800mg with shit ton of water. I have 8 hours till i leave to meet with friends. Need to look my best after rotting all winter break on xbox eating 1300 calories a day with no water. I've been drinking good amount of water past 3 days tho
