What surgery gives you more defined jaw angles? (Not anything that looks fake, or uncanny, like i want female gaze, i have a visible jawline and a pretty decent ramus, i do have a bad Submental Cervical Angle, which i will getting surgery for, but my front profile kind of looks like tom cruise before surgery
