Gonial assymetry

Any way to fix gonial assymetry? I've always slept (19 male) on my right side and my right gonion is genuinely inward. My left side is straight with straight gonions and clearly changes into the mandible when looking in the mirror. Any way to fix this? Surgery or implant on only right side
