I have trouble falling asleep but I'm going to bed sooner because of it, I also try not to overdo anything but idk if I take too much sodium since I just have to eat whatever my parents makes so crap, at least I'm finally taking enough water each day. Also do you have any supplements you'd reccommend by any chance? They're silicone shoulder pads to fraud frame. Just a joke post as I wouldn't recommend them unless you have a thick enough neck to pull it off or unless you want to be confined to never showing your shoulders. They're basically the shoulders' equivalent to liftsWhat’s that for

Potassium chloride is good too for stopping bloating I take like 2g daily, everything else I'm still figuring out but there's def way more
BTW melatonin is very good for sleep
Mk667 seems wonky cause it can literally just do nothing but grow your nose (JFL) and it bloats you like a mf, I might take it tho if potassium can stop the bloat (I doubt it will tho)Yeah I'm still learning about all good supplements other than the ones for MK677 (not using it but y).
If you want vitamin C you can usually just achieve the same results with oranges though, your body literally can't absorb more than around 400mg of vitamin c in a day naturally even if you shove it with 1000mg or higher quantities, which might be a bit prejudicial for you anyway.
Btw are you taking any doses of k2 and d3? It's usually normal for people who take supplements here especially teens who are trying to get the best out of puberty.
I'm kinda reluctant on melatonin since if I have to basically rely on it to not have a bad sleep then there is obv something wrong with my body, hopefully I'll be able to actually have good sleep now naturally though.
