Retarded challenge I know but since gyms are closed why the fuck not.
I did this once when I weighed 55kg will be interesting to see if I can do it now

legit it works worked for me with 100 a day but you gotta increase resistance like weighted pushups or adding more every week

I'm going to gym but planning to buy resistance bands so that i can workout neck. Working out necks with no support is suicidal

good, i also try to add in diamond pushups but they hurt my elbows like hell so i just strap on weight tbh

if you can do 300 trust me you aren't doing it correctly. watch how to do a proper push up i guarantee you can't do over 30

There’s a concept called nucleus overload which embraces overtraining, and it targets one muscle group. Supposedly after the month when your chest training frequency goes back to normal it will grow faster than before

I think that’s what happened with me I’ve heard it before
Before I went gym I did this everyday for over a month and to this day my chest just explodes in size

Well you'll probably achieve nucleus overload on your chest and delts/tri's to an extent

never done nucleus overload myself, theres a lot of controversy around it but it could work
