isn't 12 mg to much to start with. i would start with the lowest dose, 4 or 6 or something

I've used 4mg for 3 months and i can tell you 4mg is cope.

Be careful... Many sites claim 12 mg, but it's 12 mg of oil with 5% Astaxanthin in it.
