Pretty good clavicles, ab/chest inserts, and maybe you have a bit of a wide waist but not a big failo in comparison to your shoulders. Start eating 0.75-1.0g of Protein per pound of bodyweight and lift an upper/lower or full body split. I would recommend watching @t_nutrition_fitness or @keenanrmalloy for high quality lifting advice. They’re both great natural coaches who provide insightful training and life advice.
