You buy your pasta in a box?

homemade seitan, basically 25% protein, 1% carbs and the rest is water. The only ingredientst to make seitan are flour and water so it's extremely cheap, 2 euros per kilogram
lupin beans: this legume has same protein-carbs-fat ratio of soy, and unlike soy it does not contain any estrogen! cost: 4 euros per kilogram
tuna can: if you remove the oil, this foo has a perfect pretein-fat ratio. If you buy family-size cans you pay it less than 10 euros per kilogram. The big amount of mercury is the only flaw.
fat-free UHT milk: this food has no fat and is composed of 3% protein and 3% lactose. Lactose is a sugar which is slowly absorbed by human body unlike saccarose. The average cost is 0.7 euros per kilogram

Chicken thighs. They go for like 2-3 euros a kg and they taste actually delicious. Way better taste and texture than a chicken breast 6e~, which is such a gamble, as sometime it's barely edible - paper texture. Don't eat the skin though, if it has it - peel it off.
Dairy products and cheeses. Over here we have insane amounts of them. Really love various amounts of white cheeses and desert cheeses. 5-7e/kg
Fatty pork neck 5e~, but I can see why people might not like the pork.
Eggs of course, but try to get free range, as they will have better ratios of minerals. Don't aim for the cheapest.
That's all I ever eat tbh, poorcel cope. But it's tasty, ngl.
