Good collagen but acne?

My skin looks kinda shinny now with less texture since I started to go to the sauna, and started to apply a cleanser + moisturizer afterwards
but I still have acne but slightly less, is that mixture possible? I thought that with good collagen, you don't have acne at all

Thats not true fagget you can have both i have shit collagen and acne but there are people witv good skin apart from some parts on the with acne if you have acne all over your face yes but if only on limited areas youre wrong
