I've recently begun my debloating journey and would appreciate any suggestions for improving my routine.
- 3 to 4 litres of water daily
- 3 bananas daily for potassium
- No salt no sugar (unless whats necessary of course)
- Cardio 3-4 times a week, (normally stairmaster or running)
- Very little carbs, almost only protein
