I was just so able to treat my mild depressive state with magnesium l threonate and vitamin b1. Not only this, I routinely drink a smoothie and would like to share it. It's grass-fed ghee, plain kefir, bbf super food blend, a pinch of iodized salt and water blended up. There might be some remains of the Superfood blend just drink it
The magnesium/b1 combo is especially potent as I was able to treatt my anhedonia with it. It regulates gaba and glutathione levels in the brain but the magnesium needs the b1 since it's a cofactor. It just sucks because I smoke cigs and those work to directly counteract what the magnesium does. I just try not to use tobacco or caffeine for the duration of the days I take the magnesium/b1
