How do you tell the difference?

bad: UEE, NCT, low pfl, droopy under eyelid+ shitty eyebrows maybe,

good: hooded, pct or neutral, good eyebrows (positive or neutral shaped) , good pfl, tight under eyelids, good color

I sort of have the ones on the left but i’m still 0 PSL. My mouth is as narrow as my nose. Is that the problem? i’ll post in rating soon
