I am considering getting face / jaw surgery. Are there good surgeons in Germany and neighboring countries? (good value for money / cost effectiveness plays a roll)

I have a slav face. Lot of face fat, soft face without strong, sharp edges.

Any recommendations?

zarrinbal is the most famous in germany psl wise

dr. alfaro in spain is possibly the best surgeon in europe when it comes to aesthetics but he isnt cheap
