I don't think this routine is optimal
PUSH:
-Incline Dumbbell Press
-Pec deck machine
-Seated overhead press machine
-Tate press
-Cable Flies
-Front raises
(I think I should add lat raises)
Pull
-Lat pulldown
-1 arm dumbbell row
-Hammer curls
-Preacher machine
Legs/Push 2 not included here. Just wanted to see if the 2 days are ok...
