Good gym routine? Tell me what I can add/ remove

I don't think this routine is optimal

PUSH:
-Incline Dumbbell Press
-Pec deck machine
-Seated overhead press machine
-Tate press
-Cable Flies
-Front raises
(I think I should add lat raises)

Pull
-Lat pulldown
-1 arm dumbbell row
-Hammer curls
-Preacher machine

Legs/Push 2 not included here. Just wanted to see if the 2 days are ok...
 
push, pull, legs, rest, chest and back, shoulders and arms, rest
 
You know what to do
 
Needs more triceps
 
Exclude front raises and add lateral raise. Tate press looks ridiculous too

I'd add a more upper back focused row to pull day
 
Don't do front raises there is not point if you are already doing overhead press swap them out for lateral raises and do all your chest exercises after each other from what you find the hardest to the easiest.
 
add in dips and pull-ups
