good habits during puberty

what good habits can i do during puberty thatll make me develop bonemass and grow taller? and i heard lifting increases test and you should stay a little overweight for a growth spurt. is this true?

Eat good food don't stress sleep like a baby and don't over train
 
No amount of good habits will increase bone mass and make you grow taller, probably. If you truly care that much just inject exogenous hormones.

All good habits will is ENABLE proper development of your bone and face, however ultimately the result is dictated by your genes, so the results may not be the ones you'd like. For all we know, you may become the healthiest person in the world and still not grow a single inch. Negativism aside, if you're unwilling or simply can't get your hands on a few vials improving your habits truly is your second best option.

Here are the ones I would focus on:
  1. Nutrition
  2. Fitness
  3. Sleep
  4. Oral Habits
  5. Sunlight
  6. Stress Management

what good food? ive just been eating stuff like oats and fruits and chia seeds for breakfast and homecooked meals with a lot of almonds for dinner. would chicken and rice be good for lunch?

i already have high bone mass i just wanna make sure i dont grow up deformed but ill focus on all of that
