I made his ramus longer, his mandible thicker, and gave his chin more projection. His cheekbones and brow ridge are fine

1. Implants in your chin and ramus + custom mandibular implants (to make the mandible thicker)

2. Vertical ramus osteotomy + Bimax (chin projection) or Sliding genioplasty with lateral expansion (chin projection)

3. Vertical ramus osteotomy + Bimax + implants
