I'm 15 and I've noticed my hair has become weak and brittle. I think it's because I've been wearing a cap. I want a good product for split ends and frizz
.hair type 3a I think :Coomer:

I also have curly hair that's long (metalhead maxxing :chad:) so I'd recommend you 2 options.

The first one is washing you hair only with curly hair oriented conditioner. Curly hair is drier than straight hair so using shampoo will make it brittle pretty easily. Using conditioner is the way to go. You just wash it like you were using shampoo, nothing different. I don't know where you live but here in Europe you can get Garnier Fructis line for like 6€. I personally prefer the Banana one (pic below).

The second one is going full schizo and washing with anything but shampoo/conditioner. That's what I did when I was in my journey growing my hair. There are lots of methods but the one that I enjoy the most is mixing raw eggs with honey...

Yes, I know that it sounds like a cope but it worked for me and I rather put something that I can eat instead of some industrial slop liquid on my hair. There is some guy on Jewtube called SELFMAXXER that explains the process. It's your choice

as a long haired 3b-3c. Cut off the ends. For the curls to stay n not to get frizzy hit some store. U'll need products that keep ur hair from getting frizzy, also get some curls lotion. Wash ur hair with water every day n brush only while its dripping wet. Use shanpoo every 2-3 day cuz it's not good every day. On the other hand conditioner is good every day. Orrrr 🤓 js watch a tutorial from some curly chick, most of the times its helpful ash

You need to wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner 2x a week and for styling just use leave and conditioner and curl cream (make sure the quality of the products ur using is good)
