When I was a kid I was abused then dad abondend family my mom became very mentally unstable then it affected my brother and then I found out I was autistic tried to kms a bunch of times didn’t work and now I’m trying again

even if i remotely feel negative feelings i try to visualize myself if i do commit and every single time i immediately regret even thinking about that
a few days ago a vid of someone ending it on live by jumping off was here on some thread
and nowadays i keep remembering what they mustve felt and i always think surely it would be regret the second u let go of the railing and fall

I cant remember the statistic but almost all survivors who have jumped off a bridge have all reported that the second they were falling, they felt a massive surge of regret and wanting to take back their decision.

Now imagine the ones who died but have to live with their permanent decision
