Hey guys, I'm leaving the forum because it's very toxic and depressing. There is a lot that I have learnt, I'd like to share in the short time I've been on here before I go. Yes, I am a grey, but I was a lurker for a good while, and I'm not saying take my advice, but I'm just going to list what worked for me and likely will do at least 90% of the maximum outcomes of looking better for the person who's not willing to take steroids or get surgery.
Pharmacuticals:
Accutane for skin
Dutasteride to stop balding
Minoxidil, if you want slightly more hair density
Ashwaghanda every night to lower stress by 30-40%
Pregabalin only on social nights when you are making approaches, use it sparingly because it shouldn't be relied on for every social setting
Fashion:
Quality over quantity. Instagram makes you think you need 2 new outfits every day, but most ppl only have 4 outfits max. Just get a few quality pieces.
Black, Light Blue, Navy Blue Jeans
Black, Navy Blue and White Polo shirts
Black, White and Grey T-shirts
A few pairs of Casual Sneakers
Silver watch
Some nice pieces to go over your shirts, like quarter zips and denim jackets in black, grey, or navy blue
And some basics- sports shorts, uncuffed tracksuit pants, runners, singlets for summer, hoodies
Body:
Go to the gym
Get to around 10%-15% body fat
Train for the V taper physique
Final words
This may be a tough pill to swallow, but optimising everything doesn't just produce an instant outcome where all women in society are suddenly into you. You can have the perfect Instagram, jawline, and body, but life isn't just going to go from 0 to 100. You need to stop obsessing over this outcome that you think will happen when you 'acsend' because it's not likely going to be as insane as you thought. Just do what you like in life, if that's going to Comic Con, go to Comic Con! Take care of yourself, looking better is great, don't get me mistaken, but it should not cloud your mind. Looks aren't everything. It's very likely that you're going to get a girlfriend eventually if you are slightly attractive.
There have been a lot of helpful people, so I'm very grateful for what I've learnt.
I'll deactivate my account in 24 hours. If anyone wants to private message advice or anything, hit me up, I can show u my transformation if you think I'm just out of touch or coping.
Piece out guys, I wish you all the best
