Google is a trillion dollar company and the browser version of Gmail doesn’t even work

Browser Gmail when you scroll it just randomly clicks on different emails and then once it clicks you press back it takes you to the top

How does a trillion dollar company have a website that can’t even function properly on a phone like do they even spend any money on optimizing their bullshit?
